Bardzo fajne, przyjemne w wykonaniu i ciekawe w smaku drożdżowe paluchy z dodatkiem suszonych pomidorów. Zapraszam!
SKŁADNIKI:
- 3 dag drożdży
- 300 gram mąki żytniej
- ok. 1 szklanka wody
- 1 łyżeczka cukru
- pokrojone suszone pomidory
- drobno pokrojone 2 ogórki konserwowe
- zmielona czarnuszka
- ziarna sezamu
- łyżka oleju
Przygotowuję rozczyn: łączę drożdże z łyżką cukru. Gdy po kilku minutach pojawią się malutkie pęcherzyki powietrza, dodaję mąkę i wodę. Przykrywam ściereczką i odstawiam do wyrośnięcia, aż podwoi swoją objętość.
W tym czasie drobno kroję suszone pomidory i ogórki konserwowe.
Kiedy ciasto jest już wyrośnięte, rozwałkowuję je na 0,5 cm grubość. Tworzę z ciasta kwadrat - na jego połowę wykładam suszone pomidory i ogórki, przykrywam drugą połową. Kroję na paski o szerokości 2 cm, które następnie delikatnie skręcam. Gotowe paluchy smaruję olejem i posypuję czarnuszką i sezamem. Wykładam na blaszkę i czekam jeszcze przez ok. 30 minut, aż jeszcze trochę podrosną.
Piekę ok. 15 minut w temp. 170'C (termoobieg).
