Nieskomplikowane, szybkie w wykonaniu muffinki - zapraszam do wykonania!
SKŁADNIKI:
- 250 gram mąki pszennej
- 100 gram cukru trzcinowego
- 1 małe opakowanie cukru waniliowego
- 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
- 200 ml mleka
- 80 ml oleju słonecznikowego
- 2 jajka
Dodatkowo:
- 2 łyżki mleka
- 1 łyżka kakao
- kolorowe drażetki czekoladowe
W jednym naczyniu łączę ze sobą mąkę, cukier, proszek do pieczenia i cukier waniliowy. W drugim mieszam jaja z olejem i mlekiem, a następnie dodaję je do suchych składników. Powstałą masę dzielę na dwie części, do jednej dodaję kakao, do drugiej mleko. Do foremek wlewam na przemian ciasto białe i ciasto ciemne. Na końcu układam po kilka drażetek czekoladowych.
Piekę ok. 15 minut w temp. 170'C (grzałki góra/dół).
